3Account Management

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 15x.

For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • The bonus is given only once and applies to new members only.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Winnings from games played with a bonus are also included in the wagering requirements.
  • Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another user.
  • q7899 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer for any reason.

5.3 VIP Program

q7899's VIP program has four tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Through regular activity and loyalty, you can advance to a higher VIP tier. VIP cashback is paid every Monday.

6Game Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

Fair play principles must always be followed when playing on the q7899 platform. All games are operated through licensed software providers and results are entirely random and impartial.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any game result caused by a technical error or system failure will be considered void. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned. q7899 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues.
